About Me

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist graduating from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2008.  I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and am board certified with the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. At Blue Sky, I completed 832 hours in the Medical Track, including training in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT), Trigger Point Therapy, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cancer/Oncology Massage, Lymphatic Massage, Chair massage, Prenatal, Reflexology and Sports Massage. I have completed continuing education in Hot Stone Massage and in June of 2015 completed Medical Massage training at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN.

Each massage is customized utilizing all of my education and training.
